Recently, Prince Real Estate (Cambodia) Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Group") has noticed that some criminals have used the name of the Group, impersonated the Group's senior executives, and made investment suggestions through Telegram channels or groups to defraud money. For this reason, the Group issued the following statement:

The legal name of the Group is "Prince Real Estate (Cambodia) Group Co., Ltd.". All properties invested by the Group are traded through the Group's public account. The Group's public account is the only legal account for receiving payments. It has never authorized any third-party representative or individual to receive payments. Any request for customers to transfer money to private accounts is improper;

Investors are requested to be careful to distinguish and do not easily believe in information released through channels other than the Group's official channels. The Group's official account is Facebook: Prince Real Estate Group (blue √ logo), the Group's official website http://princerealestate.com/, investors are requested to obtain relevant information from the Group's official channels to protect their legitimate rights and interests from infringement. The Group is not responsible for any losses caused by investors' mistrust of channels other than the Group's official channels or other information sources.

The Group has always focused on the development of real estate business and the real estate industry chain, including commercial real estate, property, cultural tourism, etc., and has sufficient funds. We will not raise funds from the public through any channel.
